Why Choose James Collins, Inc.?

Jim Collins will tell you straight out that it is his name on the door.

It is also Jim’s name on the invoice. And Jim will do everything he can to make each order right. It is not just the first job he wants from his contractor partners. He wants the next one, and the next.

New England Millwork History

James Collins, Inc. has its roots with Jim’s father. In 1962 Jim’s dad started the first millwork in a small building in Massachusetts. Years later, the business moved north to New Hampshire and Jim took over the business.

Despite always being a family owned, small business, Jim wanted a modern facility to deliver the best quality work possible to his customers. He built a 6,000 square foot facility in Derry, New Hampshire and installed the best millwork equipment possible. His team includes many years of millwork experience and Jim is always working to improve the skill level of each member.

When you give a business your name, you stake it all on your reputation. Jim Collins has built a strong reputation with his contractor partners.

“Sullivan Construction has worked with Jim Collins and his millwork business for over 10 years,” said Tom Sullivan, president of Sullivan Construction, Inc. “The quality of their work is second to none. Jim pays careful attention to all the details and makes sure that every project is done right the first time.”

It is that family owned and run mentality that gives Jim and his team the drive and dedication to getting things right.

Gary Thomas, president of NorthPoint Construction Management, LLC knows he will get what his projects require from James Collins, Inc.

“We know that when we have James Collins Inc. on our projects that we are going to get what is specified, get it on time and within budget,” said Thomas. “These guys consistently go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction, and this is very much appreciated and why they are our GO-TO fabricator for ALL of our millwork needs, be it the simplest of projects to our most complex and intricate casework.”

That is why contractors choose James Collins, Inc. They know that the millwork is built with high standards and result in high quality results.

So why choose James Collins, Inc.? Because it is Jim’s name on the door. It is Jim’s name on the invoice. And because Jim is going to make sure your job is done right. And the next job as well.
